Gwylanedd One and Two are located on the Promenade in beautiful Llanfairfechan, at the edge of Snowdonia National Park, where the mountains meet the sea. It is possible to walk into the National Park from the apartments. The Promenade is directly on the North Wales Coastal path and National Cycleway No 5. Llanfairfechan is easily reached by car, train or bus and is within a short distance of the UNESCO heritage walled town of Conwy. (8 miles) The university city of Bangor (8 miles), the seaside resort of Llandundno (15 miles) and attractions such as Surf Snowdonia and Zip World are within easy travel. Bird watching is available at Morfa Madryn and Glan y Mor Elias Nature reserves.
Gwylanedd ONE
Gwylanedd One is a reverse living two bedroomed apartment which sleeps 4, in a King sized master (with sea view) and twin second bedroom. With bedrooms on the ground floor, there are far reaching views across Conwy bay from the Great Orme of Llandudno to Puffin Island off the coast of Anglesey from the lounge and balcony, set on the first floor.

Gwylanedd Two is a reverse living comfortable modern apartment, accessed via several external steps. There is a large master bedroom, with king sized bed and sea view, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has a lounge with far reaching sea views over Conwy Bay towards the Great Orme of Llandudno and Llanfairfechan's own Promenade. There is also a well equipped modern kitchen diner, with dishwasher and washing machine.
